Frequency and Scheduling
Restroom sanitation is typically part of a nightly cleaning contract. High-traffic facilities — multi-tenant office buildings in the 185th Street corridor, Airlake Park industrial facilities with break rooms and locker areas, or any commercial space with more than 30 daily occupants — may warrant mid-day restroom checks in addition to nightly sanitation. Mid-day checks are scoped separately and priced on a per-visit basis.
Supply Programs
We can include a supply restocking program — paper goods, soap, sanitary items — as part of the contract, or we can work with your existing supply delivery arrangement and restock from your inventory. Both models are documented in the scope of work. We do not substitute products without prior agreement, and we do not use the cheapest available consumable on a space we are contracted to maintain professionally.
