What Our Coverage Means for Your Facility
When a cleaning crew works in your building after hours, you are extending a degree of trust — access to the space, proximity to equipment and confidential materials, and physical presence in rooms your staff are not in. Coverage is the structure that backs that trust.
We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. This covers property damage and bodily injury arising from our work in your facility. The policy is current and a certificate of insurance is included with every written quote we issue.
Bonding
Our cleaning contractors are bonded under a commercial cleaning bond. Bonding provides a financial backstop in the event of theft or dishonesty by a crew member while working on your property. It is not a substitute for good hiring practices — it is an additional layer that a serious commercial cleaning operation maintains as a baseline, not a differentiator.
Workers' Compensation
Workers' compensation coverage is in place for crew members working in our network. This matters for your facility: if a crew member is injured on your property and the contractor does not carry workers' compensation, the liability exposure can fall to the property owner or tenant. We do not create that exposure.
22 Years in Business
22 years is not a marketing figure. It means our operation has maintained coverage, navigated the commercial cleaning market in Minnesota through two recessions and a pandemic, and continued to serve facilities without the reputational event that would have forced a rebrand or a closure. That record is the most useful credential we have, and it appears in our header, our footer and this paragraph because it belongs everywhere.
What to Ask Any Cleaning Contractor
- Can you provide a certificate of insurance naming my facility as an additional insured? (We can.)
- Is your bond current and covering the full value of access you are being granted? (Ours is.)
- Are your workers classified as employees with workers' compensation, or as independent contractors? (Ask this of anyone, including us, and verify the answer.)
- How long have you been operating under this business name? (We have been in the industry 22 years.)
