The Process for Commercial Cleaning in Lakeville

Walkthrough or Detailed Scope Interview
For facilities under approximately 5,000 sq ft, a detailed phone interview is usually sufficient. For larger or more complex spaces — industrial facilities in Airlake, multi-floor office buildings near the 185th Street interchange — we schedule a walkthrough. The walkthrough is free and produces a room-by-room task list rather than a floor-by-floor estimate.
Written Scope of Work
Every task is listed. Every frequency is stated: nightly, 3x per week, monthly. Every surface type is called out. The scope is a contract document — if it is not in the scope, it is not in the price. Additions are quoted in writing before they are executed.
Crew Assignment
We assign a consistent crew to your facility rather than rotating available staff through a dispatch pool. You know who is coming. The crew knows your space. Substitutions happen — staff have lives — but substitutions are briefed on the scope, not improvising.
First Clean
The first clean follows the written scope. We do not bill for a "deep clean" on the first visit unless the scope specifies one. What you receive on night one is what you will receive on night thirty.
30-Day Check-In
At the 30-day mark, we contact you to confirm the scope is delivering what you expected. If tasks need adjustment — a conference room added, a frequency changed, a surface type that needs a different approach — we update the scope in writing before the change takes effect. This is not a courtesy call. It is a built-in milestone.
