What types of facilities do you clean in Lakeville?
Office buildings, light industrial facilities, multi-tenant professional spaces, retail backrooms, and any commercial space that does not require medical-grade disinfection protocols. We work in Airlake Industrial Park, the Crossroads of Lakeville retail corridor, and office buildings along the 185th Street interchange. We do not clean residential properties.
How do you price a cleaning contract?
Pricing is based on square footage, space type, cleaning frequency, surface materials, and access requirements. We do not quote over the phone without scope details. Submit a quote request or call (866) 958-8773 with your facility information and we will provide a written proposal.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial clients require after-hours access — offices that need to be cleaned after 5:00 pm, industrial facilities with second-shift operations, and retail spaces that close at 9:00 pm. Access requirements are detailed in the written scope of work before the first clean.
What is a scope of work and why does it matter?
A scope of work is a written document listing every task, every frequency, and every area included in your cleaning contract. It matters because it is the reference document for both the crew and the client. If a task is not in the scope, it is not in the price. If you request an addition, we quote it in writing before executing. This eliminates the most common source of disputes in commercial cleaning contracts.
How long before you respond to a quote request?
Next business day. We are available Mon–Fri 8:30am–5:00pm. Requests submitted after 5:00 pm receive a response the following business morning. We commit to this in writing on every quote request confirmation.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and a commercial cleaning bond. Workers' compensation is in place for crew members. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. See our insured and bonded page for details.
Do you serve towns outside Lakeville?

Do you offer one-time cleaning or only ongoing contracts?
We focus on scheduled, recurring commercial cleaning programs. One-time or move-in/move-out cleans are outside our standard scope. If your facility needs a recurring program — nightly, 3x per week, or weekly — we are the right fit.
How do you handle Minnesota winters?
Dakota County winters bring road salt, tracked-in muck and heavy boot traffic that accelerates floor deterioration. Our floor care program includes scheduled recoating cycles timed around the heaviest winter wear. We build that into the annual scope, not as an add-on emergency service.
